All ages Children's Fall/Winter Clothing, Toys, Furniture, and More!

Items Accepted
  • Fall and Winter Children's Clothing
    • Size NB-teen
    • Good Condition - Clean & Pressed
    • NO STAINS, RIPS, MISSING BUTTONS, or BROKEN ZIPPERS!
  • Shoes
    • Must be in good condition
    • Packed one pair per ziploc bag or zip tied
  • Maternity Clothes
    • Current styles ONLY please!
  • Furniture/Equipment/Large Items
    • Clean and good working order (ie. all hardware included and parts secure)
  • Toys/Small Items
    • Clean and in good working order
    • Small items and parts should be in ziploc bag and TAPED?SEALED close, please.
  • Outdoor Play Items
    • Playhouses, bikes, sporting goods, etc.
  • Books, Videos, and Puzzles
  • Baby items
    • Bibs, blankets, bottles, sheets, etc.
Tagging Items
  • Tags
    • Index card or stringed sale tags (sold at discount stores, office supply section. Tags from other consignment sales are acceptable, as long as it lists ALL necessary information.
  • Consignor Number
    • First and last inital and last four digits of phone number.
  • Size of Item
    • (For clothing and shoes) Please use a number, NOT s/m/l/xl.
  • Description
    • List "Boy" or "Girl" for clothing/shoes and provide specific details.
  • Price
    • Divisible by 2 if going to be half-price. If you DO NOT wish the item to be reduced to half-price on Saturday, CIRCLE the price in RED.
  • Clothing Should be on left facing hanger.
  • Attach skirts and pants to TOP of hanger with safety pins to avoid sliding or loss.
  • Safety pin tags to clothing on the upper right hand side of garment.
  • Tape tags securely to equipment and toys.


Payment
  • Please provide a self addressed stamped envelope when dropping off your clothes in order to have your check mailed to you.Checks may also be picked up at the SGW Preschool office.
  • Consignors receive 60% of selling price! 40% benefits Shady Grove Wesleyan Preschool.
Drop Off
  • Items may be dropped off at preschool during the following hours:
    • Tuesday, September 27, 2016
      9 am - 12 pm
    • Wednesday, September 28, 2016
      9 am - 12 pm and 5 pm - 9 pm 
Pick-Up
  • Unsold items MUST BE PICKED UP on Saturday, October 3. Please arrive between 1-2 pm to help sort and claim your unsold items.
  • Items not picked up by 2 pm will be donated to area charities or resold the following year with 100% profit to benefit Shady Grove Wesleyan Preschool.
